CEO & Founder
Gary founded Blank Canvas Coffee with a simple belief: that every cup should start with a little humility. He leads the company's overall vision, partnerships, and long-term strategy. When he's not in the office, he's usually thinking about the office.
Quality Assurance / Coffee Expert
Denise oversees quality standards across the Blank Canvas product line, bringing years of industry insight to every decision. She's known around the office for her attention to detail and her calm, steady presence in the break room.
Operations
Kevin joined the team to help support day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. He's still learning the ropes, but he asks a lot of good questions.
Roasting & Warehouse
Bruno manages the warehouse and oversees roasting operations, bringing a hands-on, no-nonsense approach to the process. He prefers to let the work speak for itself.
People Operations
Patricia leads People Operations at Blank Canvas Coffee, supporting the team and ensuring the company runs according to policy. She's happy to answer most questions during regular business hours.
